Applications

What separates Classic Advance Finishes’ Kolorfusion process from conventional surface finishing methods is that the process can be applied to virtually any substrate.

Base Substrate include metals (steel, aluminum, iron and magnesium), plastics, glass, ceramics and wood.

In some cases these products will need to be coated while in the case of plastic items the dyes are fused directly into the resin.

Classic Advanced Finishes’ advanced coating and polymer systems are the backbone of the company.  There are a variety of coatings and resins substrates used in the Kolorfusion process. Classic Advantage Finishes has teamed up with industry leaders to specially formulate coating and resin solutions to optimize the Kolorfusion process, while maintaining integrity and performance. These coatings and resins incorporate the latest in nano-technology further enhancing the Kolorfusion technology.  Below is a list of the coating and resin chemistries utilized in the Kolorfusion process.
