Kolorfusion Process

The patented Kolorfusion process is an innovative 3-dimnesional sublimation decorating process.  The process utilizes a host of proprietary processes, specially formulated dyes and specifically engineered coatings and resins to achieve the most advanced aesthetic and durable surface finish.  

Unlike traditional decorating methods, our dyes penetrate and become a permanent part of the product or product’s coating.  By doing so, the process can achieve a wide range of surface finishes from very bright to matte, in a variety of brilliant, subtle or rich colors and patterns.   

The process can be applied to virtually any substrate including products that are injection molded, powder coated, liquid painted and anodized.  Since the dyes become part of the product or product’s coating, the graphics are as durable as the substrate in which it is applied.   Additionally, no added thickness or weight is added to the product, allowing a product with tight tolerances to now be visually enhanced, bringing those products to life.    

Graphics for the process are created and printed digitally, allowing for short run customized images.  The images are engineered in both the printing and application process, giving companies the versatility needed to succeed in today’s market.
